Maple Flavored Bacon Wrapped Scallops served warm with lemon – 3 per person Chicken & Duxelle en Croute (mini chicken Wellington) – hand rolled and baked, the addicting delectables will steel the spotlight! All Premium Hors’doeuvres are $4.95 per person each selection, (minimum 50 people) plus tax and gratuity
To figure the cost of your buffet per person, add together the items you have chosen and add 8% sales tax, and an 20% gratuity if you want servers. With our menu you may make your meal as elaborate or as simple as you wish. Other items are available - discuss your menu ideas with us. We can special order items for you with advance notice.
