Thank you for considering the catering services of the D & R Depot Restaurant. We are a full service restaurant and can provide food service here at the restaurant or delivered to your site. The following menu choices are a sampling of what we can do. Let our catering staff give you different ideas or variations - call with questions or suggestions. Our prices include delivery to your site, set up of the food table, all necessary condiments, serving utensils, and heated buffet pans where needed. . Rentals are available for "real" dishes and linens, just call for details and prices.
HORS’DOEUVRES & LIGHT FARE

Mini Homemade Puffs filled with assorted fillings: 3 per person
(A combination of shrimp, tuna, and chicken salad) - $3.25 pp

Mini Biscuits with cheddar/horseradish spread – $2.75pp

Fresh Vegetable Tray -celery and carrot sticks, broccoli and cauliflower pieces, zucchini and squash slices, green pepper spears, tomato wedges served with a side of bleu cheese dressing - $1.85pp

Homemade Swedish Meatballs served in sour crème/gravy sauce - 3 per person - $2.95 pp

Large Stuffed Mushrooms - with our vegetable stuffing, served heated – 3 per person - $3.75 pp

Large Chilled Shrimp (16 to 20 to the lb.) served with spicy cocktail sauce and lemon wedges – 4 per person - $4.75

PREMIUM HORS’DOUEVRES

Assorted Hand rolled Canapes – these bite sized mini “pastries” are topped with delicious combinations like Apricot & Bourisn Cheese, Smoked Turkey Breast, Asparagus & Prosciutto, Ham Cornet, Salmon Rose, Brie Cheese Wedge, Shrimp, Scallop Medallion, Bleu cheese, and Smoked Duck.

Maple Flavored Bacon Wrapped Scallops served warm with lemon – 3 per person

Chicken & Duxelle en Croute (mini chicken Wellington) – hand rolled and baked, the addicting delectables will steel the spotlight!

Beef & Duxelle en Croute (mini beef Wellington) – hand rolled and baked, the addicting delectables will steel the spotlight!

Antipasto Skewers – Mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and Kalamata olives coated in olive oil, salt and bits of basil.

Sate & Skewers - Choose from Chicken Teriyaki, Spicy Hibachi Chicken Skewers, Chicken & Pineapple Brochettes, Beef kabobs, or create your own.

Assorted Mini-Deep Dish Pizzas – choose your toppings

Arancini with Gouda Cheese - An Italian rice ball made with a gooey gouda center and coated in panko breading

Tomato Cheddar Pesto Bisque in a Mini Bread Boule - freshly baked mini bread boules that are hollowed out and filled with a creamy smooth tomato bisque

Assorted Mini-Desserts & Petit Fores – From hand decorated Hazelnut Genoise, to our delicious cheesecake. From a Lemon Mousse Tartlet to the Depot’s famous brownies, all of these desserts are sure to please the most discriminating crowd.

All Premium Hors’doeuvres are $4.95 per person each selection,
(minimum 50 people) plus tax and gratuity

To figure the cost of your buffet per person, add together the items you have chosen and add 8% sales tax, and an 20% gratuity if you want servers. With our menu you may make your meal as elaborate or as simple as you wish.
