If so, you are the perfect person to enter the Depot's "Choose Our Sauce" Contest!
The basic rules are: You submit your pasta recipe to the Depot by February 29th, 2008. We will narrow the contest down to 4 finalists. Then, we let our customers vote for their favorite sauce. The winner of the contest gets their name on our menu, and their sauce will become our new signature item. The full rules and disclaimers are below. So, hurry, the contest ends in a few short weeks!

Rules and Disclaimers for the D & R Depot Restaurant's "Choose our Sauce" contest.

1. Customers wishing to participate in the D & R Depot Restaurant's "Choose our Sauce" contest (further referred to as "Contest") may do so by mailing their complete sauce recipe, including measurements and yields, to D & R Depot Restaurant's "Choose our Sauce" Contest, 63 Lake Street, LeRoy, NY 14482. Recipes may also be submitted by e-mail at drdepot@yahoo.com, in person at 63 Lake Street, LeRoy, NY 14482, or faxed to the Depot at (585) 768-2691. Eligible entries must be legible. The D & R Depot Restaurant, Inc. is not responsible for lost or misdirected mailings or submissions.
2. Once submitted, all entries are the sole property of the D & R Depot Restaurant, Inc. No recipe submissions will be returned.
3. All entries should list your Full Name, Address and daytime phone number.
4. All entries that are not named as finalists will be destroyed.
5. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
6. All submissions must be received at the D & R Depot Restaurant by the close of business on February 27, 2008.
7. All finalists agree that the D & R Depot Restaurant, Inc. may use the submitted sauce recipe and the applicant's name in any and all advertising associated with the contest for up to 3 weeks after the contest has finished.
8. The winner of the contest agrees to allow the D & R Depot Restaurant, Inc. use of the applicant's submitted entry, along with the applicant's name for promotional purposes. The winner of the contest agrees that they will receive NO payment, NO usage fees and NO royalties in relation to the sales of the winning submission, outside of the original stated prize the coincides with this contest.
9. This contest ends on April 1, 2008.
10. By entering, you agree to the above rules, and that all decisions of the Management of the D & R Depot Restaurant, Inc. are final decisions, in reference to this contest.
